🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and administrative operations.
• Monitor Cambodian labor law compliance and HR policies.
• Conduct factory social compliance inspections and review labor records.
• Prepare audit reports, identify compliance gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor workplace safety conditions and report potential hazards.
• Support customer social compliance audits, including SMETA and amfori BSCI where applicable.
• Maintain compliance records, checklists, and reports for management.

🔹 Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, labor compliance, social compliance auditing, or a related function.
• Practical knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR documentation.
• Hands-on experience in compliance inspections, audit reporting, or corrective action follow-up.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SMETA, amfori BSCI, and basic HSE is an advantage.

Position: Senior Admin Officer ( Chinese Speaking)
Location: TOUL KORK NEAR IFL

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations and office facilities. 🏢
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations. 👥
• Handle office supplies, assets, and vendor management. 📦
• Prepare administrative reports, policies, and official documents. 📄
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. 🤝
• Support company events, meetings, and operational activities. 📅
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. ✅

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 🎓
